Heidi Soumerai, CFA Heidi is a Senior Vice President and a Director of Boston Trust. As the Director of ESG Research for Walden Asset Management, a division of Boston Trust, Heidi oversees the evaluation of existing and potential securities relative to environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. She coordinates and leads a variety of shareholder advocacy initiatives to promote greater corporate accountability, including company dialogues, shareholder proposals and proxy voting. She is also editor of Walden’s client newsletter Values and a member of Walden’s Research & Engagement Committee. Prior to joining Boston Trust in 1985 as a quantitative and social research analyst, Heidi was a research associate for the Adolescent School Health Project in Boston. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She earned a B.S. in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Boston University. |
